Peaceful yet central, it brings family and friends together around three indoor braais, with generous gathering areas and quiet spaces for time on your own. Harbour Beach is approximately a ten minute walk away.

Room to be together
Enjoy family meals, unhurried braai evenings and a game around the downstairs pool table. Two living areas offer room to spread out, and the third indoor braai sits near the main ocean-view deck. Coastal outlooks take in both sunrise and sunset.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs: two ocean view queen bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The main ensuite has a bath and shower; the second has a huge shower.
Downstairs: Bedroom 3 has a double bed, garden view and separate shower bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have a double bed, two stacked single bunk beds and an ensuite with bath and shower.
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including no more than 8 adults. Guests aged 13 and older count as adults. Bunk beds are for children aged 12 and under.

The practical details

No parties or events; no smoking inside.
Standard cleaning fee: R1,000. House and pool towels are provided; please bring beach towels. Welcome starter supplies help you settle in.
For stays longer than five days, an optional mid-stay clean with linen turnover can be arranged for R350 per clean.
Stay with your dogs
Up to two small, house-trained dogs are welcome; no cats. Keep dogs off beds and furniture, supervise them outdoors and clean up after them. The yard has an approximately one-metre fence; supervision is essential. Additional cleaning charges may apply according to extra work needed.
What to expect
Outside
The sheltered backyard pool offers a place to relax out of the wind. A small fynbos garden brings nature close, with occasional tortoise visitors. The lawn alongside the house is part of the property and available for guests to enjoy. Children should be supervised while playing.
The pool is shallow. Children require continuous adult supervision around the water. The pool cover is not a safety cover. No jumping, diving or glass around the pool.
